Playbill Shout-out Order Form

Playbill Shout-outs are a great way to send a special message to your Arts Alive! actor! Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, and friends use Playbill Shout-outs to send short positive messages which are published in the show’s playbill. Actors always enjoy finding a message written especially for them. You and your actor may also send a message to another actor!

Example:
“Dear Sam: Break a leg! We are so proud of you!
Love, Mom & Dad”
